1. General By purchasing from Art Painting, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time.

2. Products All artwork and paintings are handmade and may have slight variations. Product images are as accurate as possible but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in GBP. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

4. Shipping Orders are dispatched within 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

5. No Refunds or Returns All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a product, contact us before buying.

6. Intellectual Property All artwork remains the intellectual property of Art Painting. Purchasing a piece does not transfer any reproduction or commercial rights.
